Duke Pyle literally grew up in the lending industry. "My father was a Regional VP for a finance company and I knew early on what I wanted to do when I grew up!"

I can't thank you enough for all that you made happen in a short time and in such a professional manner. We were referred to you when another lender stated they couldn't guarantee getting our short sale done in a 2 week time frame. We had been working on this short sale for over 6 months and I was pretty close to letting it go. Especially when you're dealing with 2 different banks to agree to buy off, then when one drags their feet and the other says it has to be done in a specific time frame and we finally got both bought off and one says we only have up to a specific date and our original lender couldn't guarantee it being done, you made it happen!!! I'm sure you worked after hours and the weekend. You were so patient and helpful, especially since I'm not very understanding of legalities and such, when I didn't have time or understanding you took the time with my daughter- inlaw which I truly appreciated to say the least
