Biography

I have over 20 years in the Mortgage industry. I am experienced in all loans, Conventional, VA, FHA and the FHA 203-K Renovation loan.

The FHA 203-K Renovation is and will be a very popular loan for several years. With the vast inventory of homes that are on the market, either from foreclosures or short sales, it is a necessary product. Many of these homes are in need of updating or repair. You, the borrower, will be able to purchase a home, seek bids for licensed contractors and add those bid amounts to your purchase price and from there your loan is structured.

Once the loan closes, you and your contractor will have up to 6 months to complete the necessary items that you identified at the begining of the process. With today's interest rates, it is a win win for you.
