I LOVE HELPING PEOPLE!!

 Mortgages and the way they work have always just made sense to me. Being able to help people get mortgages, help them to also understand their mortgage and the process behind it is very rewarding. I have many friends and past clients give me calls to ask me questions they have about their current loan or new loans they are considering. They know they will get straight honest answers.

STANDING APART FOR 8 YEARS

I don't consider myself a "Loan Originator" even though I am licensed as one. I consider myself a Mortgage Specialist. During the past eight years, I have worked as a processor/underwriter and worked in the back office of several different mortgage companies. I have conducted numerous trainings helping other loan originators and their processing teams learn how to qualify, approve and close their loans.

If you knew where your milk was being produced and that you could get it from the Farmer for a cheaper price than the grocery store why then would you not go to the Farmer? He is the one who gets your milk directly from the cow. The same is with mortgages. If you ask some loan officers a question and he says let me check with my underwriter...guess who he is calling? Me or someone like me. I still get many calls daily from Loan Originators looking for answers to your questions. Wouldn't you rather get your answers from the source?
