Derek Egeberg has over 23 years of experience in mortgage lending as both a mortgage broker and a mortgage banker. Derek also has over 20 years of business experience in Yuma. Derek brings two passions with him everyday. 1. Helping first time home buyers overcome their fears and misconceptions about necessary down payments and credit history 2. Helping educate current homeowners on the ‚"New Rules of Equity Management", and "How to Manage Your Mortgage to Create Wealth‚" These two passions along with exceptional service and a personal touch allow Derek to guide his clients through the home loan process.
