Biography

Ginger has worked in all aspects of mortgage lending since 1981. She brings her experience in underwriting, operations, secondary marketing and loan originations together to provide the utmost in professional service to her clients. Ginger has been designated as a Regional FHA 203k Specialist, covering the entire State of California for Academy Mortgage, working with buyers needing to get financing to not only purchase the home, but also finance needed/desired repairs as well. In addition, she excels in working with First Time Homebuyers, offering such programs as CalHFA, USDA, FHA w/CHDAP and city down payment assistance to insure that every available program that can benefit her customers is presented as an option.
