Biography

Thank you for visiting my website! I'm not your typical loan originator, I'll disclose from the start, because I'm not a salesperson by training. In fact, my career in mortgage lending has allowed me to master every function of lending excepting for the function of loan officer. I've processed, closed, underwritten, assisted as well as managed mortgage branches for my entire 20 year career.

"Origination" of mortgages directly was never an attractive function for me as I've always been more attracted to the details of lending, and loan originators for the most part have traditionally not been terribly detail oriented. All that has changed, however, as our business has become much more complex.

Attention to detail these days is often the difference between approval and rejection for borrowers, and a detail oriented loan officer can shave weeks off the tedious qualifying process of our current lending environment.

A transplant from Long Island New York to Spring Hill, I thrive on efficiency, clear communication and delivering beyond expectation. While my high standards of efficiency and quality sometimes challenge my husband and school aged two children, it is a major benefit for my referral partners and borrowers, as they rest assured that without prodding I take care of business as efficiently and professionally.
