Biography

I have always enjoyed working with numbers, and grew up in a family with a passion for real estate investments. My career as a Real Estate Loan Officer is a natural fit.

 

I earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance from San Jose State University, and have worked as a Loan Officer in the home lending industry for the last 18 years. In addition to originating conventional, VA, FHA, USDA, and HomePath loans, I am also a trained FHA 203k Renovation Loan Specialist.  I find this loan to be a great tool for buyers to take a fixer-upper and turn it into their dream home.
