Most recent pay stubs covering a 30 day period
If you are self-employed:
2 years 1099s
Year-to-date Profit & Loss
If you are retired:
Retirement statement/award letter
Social security benefit letter
If you own 25+% of any corporation:
2 years Corporate Federal Tax Returns
If you have rental income:
Real estate schedule: property value, loan amount, payments, rent received
Copy of all leases
If you receive child support:
Proof of receipt continuing 3 years after the close of escrow
2 months bank statements, all pages (even if blank)
2 months statements on any retirement account, 401k, and stocks, all pages
Gift letter if down payment will be gift funds (documented, please ask Allison for details)
