We worked with Brenda last year on a Lake Cushman property that fell through (due to seller and buyer not agreeing on price), however Brenda stuck with us as we continued to look at other properties. She followed up and stayed in touch. So when we were getting close Brenda had us all set up in the Academy Mortgage system but we didn’t sign the deal until after the acquisition by Guild. Even though Brenda was going through all kinds of training and learning about the new company, she was able to pull off our financing which she got on late in the day, Friday March 8 and close on Friday March 29!!! Just in time for our family to celebrate Easter at our new Lake House!!! That is why Brenda is a Rock Star!!!
