Hi, I’m Kevin Cordova, and I’d like to welcome you to Academy Mortgage. I’ve been helping families to finance their home buying in the Grand Valley for the last 9 years. My professional mission is to reduce “home buying stress” to its lowest possible level. My team and I strive to make the home buying process as fun and relaxing as we can. We treat you, the way we would want to be treated in a similar situation. We live in a sometimes stressful world, but I always find that what reduces stress above all is a steady flow of communication. So, that is my promise to you, steady communication through each step of the process. With me, you’ll always know what to expect. Any and all questions are welcomed. We pride ourselves on getting the job done and in so doing reducing that home buying stress.

As for me, I’m your average local Grand Junction family man. I moved here in 1999 with my beautiful wife Shannon and our four wonderful kids. Since becoming part of the Grand Junction community we have bought several homes in the Grand Valley area. And, since joining Academy Mortgage Western Slope I’ve helped countless families find a place to call home. When I’m not working here in the office, I love being with my family. Some of my favorite times over the years have been our family summers on the lake. Contact me today and let me be part of making your home buying dream come true.
