Getting the lowest quote doesn't guarantee you'll always get the lowest rate. You need to be able to trust that your Loan Officer will always be working for your best interests and is always Up-Front with you.

I have been in the Lending industry for over a decade now. I closely work with a variety of loan programs such as USDA, FHA, HomePath and Conventional. I have also completed my CMPS Certification (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist). This is extensive training and understanding that a mortgage is really an asset management tool that has long term implications on our client's financial goals. My job is to help the client choose the right mortgage that will most effectively help them reach their long term financial goals.

What you get from me is a highly trained individual who understands all the mortgage products and who will guarantee that their rates and fees will be the same at the end as they told you in the beginning. Knowledge and integrity … what more would you want from your Loan Officer? Well we provide that too. My Processor, Underwriter and closer/funder are in my office, which means.... your file never leaves our site and we have 100% control of your file from start to end. Good or bad... We always stay in communication with you to always let you know what is happening in the process.
