I have been in the Lending industry for over a decade now. I closely work with a variety of loan programs such as USDA, FHA, HomePath and Conventional. I have also completed my CMPS Certification (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist). This is extensive training and understanding that a mortgage is really an asset management tool that has long term implications on our client's financial goals. My job is to help the client choose the right mortgage that will most effectively help them reach their long term financial goals.
