Our team has been assisting families with home financing since 2003 – specializing in the Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Texas and Washington markets. Our short-term bridge loan for the down payment helps you transition seamlessly without missing out on the right home for your family.

Conventional

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

If you’re searching for your next home in a competitive market, you can lock your loan and start shopping. You don’t have to worry about rates rising because we’ve got you covered for 90 days. If rates go down, our one-time float down option provides the perfect solution. The rate is locked and secure, so you can search for a home you love.
