I’m Sabrina Schell a top-producing Loan Officer for Academy Mortgage. I have worked in the mortgage origination business since 1994 and joined Academy in 2021. Over my career as a Loan Officer, I have closed millions of dollars of loan transactions, and my particular areas of expertise are coming up with creative solutions to problem solving and making what can be an invasive mortgage process seem simple and fun. With my experience and Academy’s broad array of mortgage solutions to choose from, I will make every effort to find a great loan program for your situation.

Our Branch Office in Raleigh is equipped to complete the entire loan process locally—all loan processing, underwriting, closings, and funding are handled locally. As a result, we have a proven track record of closing loans as quickly and efficiently as possible, and I will be up-to-date on the status of your loan at all times. I understand the importance of maintaining continuous communication throughout the loan process and commit to providing you accurate, timely, and honest mortgage advice.

A strong supporter of our communities, I participate in volunteer work with Kiwanis, Wake County Boys and Girls club and Passage Homes.

I invite you to put us to the test. Let me show you how simple and easy securing a mortgage can be.
