Welcome!
I am Shannon Peshlakai. I have lived in New Mexico most of my life, and I am currently in beautiful Albuquerque, New Mexico!

I am a father of three amazing children whom I love dearly. I play guitar and enjoy listening to music, and I have been known to belt out a song at karaoke once in a while.

I am active in helping people in the community from making care packages for and feeding the homeless, helping a food bank collect food for families in need, blood drives, to things like delivering meals on wheels.

I started in mortgage lending in the mid 90’s, I have over 20 years of sales management and finance experience, and most importantly, I enjoy working with people.

Since joining Academy, I have helped many individuals and families attain the dream of home-ownership. Whether you want to buy a new home or refinance an existing mortgage, I will provide a customized solution for you at competitive rates. No brokering, no middleman, no hassle, no surprises.

I look forward to helping you. Teamwork makes the Dream work!
