Our regionally based compensation plans are competitive for your market to help you earn what you deserve.
We also offer a full benefits package that includes: deferred compensation, medical insurance coverage,
voluntary dental and vision coverage, company-paid basic life insurance and AD&D, voluntary disability
insurance, voluntary pet insurance, and a 401(k) plan with company-matching contributions. In addition,
Academy offers two unique programs for high-income earners: 1) a deferred compensation program that gives
participants an opportunity to defer wages in excess of qualified retirement plan limits on a pre-tax basis and
accumulate tax-deferred earnings, and 2) a rare 401(k) After-Tax Contribution benefit that allows participants to
contribute up to $57,000 (or $63,500 after age 50) to a traditional 401(k) plan.
Business Expense Pre-Tax (BEP) Program
Academy’s BEP Program allows Loan Officers to receive pre-tax deductions on funds reserved each pay period to apply
toward legitimate and compliant business expenses.
Examples of approved business expenses eligible for BEP reimbursement:
- Marketing Expenses
- Business cards
- Closing gifts
- Individual and team coaching
- Community events
- CRM and other third-party approved software expenses
- Lead generation
Note: All expenses go through a compliance check. California employees are not eligible to participate in the BEP Program.
