There’s really no way to know everything about buying your fist home (and a duplex at that) until you actually do it. Kimberly took the time to explain everything to me, thoroughly and patiently. I could call or email her with questions, and I’d always receive a reply. If she needed something, she’d let me know right away. There wasn’t any waiting or delay on her part. I know I was working with her when interest rates were at an all time low, but given my age (and therefore my short length of credit history) I am super happy with my interest rate. She gets to the point about what things are going to cost, and gives you all the options. I learned a lot, and it was a good experience. She’s trustworthy, which is very rare.

She narrowed our closing cost down to a tee (which I liked) she gave us every possible situation to finding the right loan (money down, percentages, how long to pay off short and long term, the consequences of both) there was not a lot of wasted time when signing, everything was already highlighted and she gave the meaning to each page.
